Photo published without permission. page 1
Cunt 19th January 2012, 08:46 PM Short version:
My photo appeared in a magazine without my permission.
I asked for some advice at a forum called Rationalia. (thread here (http://rationalia.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=33693))
I contacted the publisher, asserting my rights as copyright holder.
Publisher replied with an apology, and asked for an invoice.
I just sent the invoice.
I can expand, but for the moment, I am simply celebrating the fact that I just sent out my first invoice. This event has forced me into the business of photography. In the past, I have remained firmly and resolutely un-professional.
