And gorgonzola stuffed twice baked potatoes, chipotle smashed sweet potatoes, green beans, home-made rolls, spinach salad, and pecan pie. On Wednesday night we fly to Florida to spend a couple weeks with family. I am planning to do a lot of fancy cooking while I am there. Chicken Mole, rajasthani lamb, a Persia inspired chicken curry.
