Problem: For me, my excitement level has waned a bit, and at the worst time - opening day is coming. I think it will be important to share our excitement around the opening time, in order to get some exciting posters to join us. Don't get me wrong - I am excited about the idea, but for me, this all started Sat Nov 19, 2011 9:51 pm when I made my first post at 'discuss'. It's almost 2 months later and to be frank, this has been a reality for me since then. I have never doubted anyone's commitment, nor the fact that this would be a reality. But for me, this opening is kind of anti-climactic. The solution I propose is this: Set a deadline (someone picked a numerology-looking date, and that's as good as any deadline) and stick to it - that will get us moving on the last items.
