When I got off work today I was walking to my car in the parking lot...look both ways before crossing where cars drive who are looking for parking spaces, right? No cars coming. So this woman zooms out between 4 parked cars, missing me by inches. Literally, inches! And the bitch does not even acknowledge it! I was pretty stunned. Then, 20 minutes later on my way home, this teeny tiny chihuahua leaps out in front of me! I didn't hit it and I pulled over to try to capture it cos it is a busy street and I didn't want it to get hit. This guy had the same idea and every time we got near it, it ran further out into the road. I was alternately trying to catch it and flag down cars by throwing myself in front of them (hoping that they would have more consideration than the woman earlier) and then the dog disappeared into an apartment complex. The cars resumed and it took awhile before I could catch up to it and I never did cos it disappear...
