I would probably do that. With lemon juice in the seed hollow, though.

Unless you have like six of them, which would be a lot of avocado oil to eat at once.

Doable. Eat ALL the ripe avocados!

One time I found these mini avocados in a bog grocery store. They were shaped like dill pickles and had just a thin narrow membrane instead of a seed. I've never seen them since, but they were delicious.

Guacamole takes five minutes to make. I made some last night. Mash avocados, add a finely chopped Spanish onion and a finely chopped tomato, salt and pepper, chilli flakes or one fresh red chiili, no seeds, and lemon juice. Mix, dip corn chips and nom.
