We don't.
As to whether we should, I dunno. An RSS twitter feed of new public threads doesn't seem to draw much attention except from twitterbots. I think a more proactive and personal approach probably has a better return, but it's a much higher investment of time.
There is probably a happy medium in terms of how to harness social media to help a forum grow - RSS feed some content, and fingers-to-keyboard interaction with followers and fellow travellers.

I follow the TR feed but without much interest because I've usually seen the threads on TR anyway

I prefer the personal invite as the common method, yet certainly happy with new people from wherever however, so basically: :unsure:
