Obama and his attorneys have refused to honor the subpoena requiring his attendance and have refused to answer the claims. Obama petitioned the Secretary of State of Georgia to end this hearing, the SOS said he did not have that authority and that Obama not attending and not answering the subpoena is done "at your peril".

The findings go to the Secretary of State; the only testomony was evidence that he is not a 'natural born citizen' (irregular social security numbers, irregular immigration paperwork with different names, testimony from a federal immigration officer), he will decided based upon the fidnings of this case if he can be on the ballot for the election.

Obama had previously appealed to the SoS stating that they would not be participating in the court, the SoS responded that not posting is "at their peril".
