How to do this thing?


Developing the idea here:

1 - Members may only nominate themselves. Exceptions for Dev.

2 - Any member may contribute to the pool of possible names (ie the roulette)

3 - There must be at least 12 names in the list before the roulette can commence.

3a) If there are more than 12 possible names, the victim contestant may select up to three additional names.

4 - If you contribute a name, you must participate at least once.

5 - You may participate without contributing a name.

6 - There is no rule 6.

7 - Or rule 7.

It should be if like members lose a bet, or this sort of thing.

The two opponents chose the wheel for the other; this is agreed between the opponents.
