I don't see the option for allowing the changing of vote, i.e. negating one's previous vote.
This is like a 1/2 vote penalty for changing.

I clicked "ask later" and voted. Then I clicked change my vote, and got the option to do a write-in vote. I wrote in something and submitted it. Then I went back to the main list and my earlier vote was gone. I clicked my new vote.
however, since you allowed voting for multiple options, I could have clicked as many boxes as I wished.

The way it comes out, with my name at the end, looks like a comment on his character rather than a simple identifier of who voted.
