Are we going to split the forum up and each keep an eye on one section or do we just react to reports or a mixture of both?
I like the idea of each having an area we keep a lazy eye on to jump in and spoiler content, remove spam etc. but not necessarily being tied to that area.

Yes. Maybe overlapping. So two people don't necessarily have the same areas but there are at least two pairs of eyes lazily scanning.

Whoever's on at the time, I'd think. Reports, discussions and actions are all in the open, too ...

I think the majority of report handling, at least at first, will be explaining that Post X doesn't require moderation and explaining how to use the ignore system (as well as other features of vbulletin.
