I'll be away for a few days - some lovely friends have gifted us some time in their summer home this week up in Algie's Bay.

Hopefully the weather will clear up so Mrs Dev and I can spend all day on the beach pinching ourselves in disbelief at our happiness while listening to the children laugh and play.

Then warm nights drinking awesome wine gifted by my fantastic boss, while listening to the waves crashing outside mingled with the dulcet tones of Nick Drake's entire catalogue (Gonna see the River man...)

You were wrong Spock. Life is but a dream.
