Ok, well, it's not all. I'm not sure whether it be custom placed, or part of a template, but by Jove is the liquid-metal a crime against design.

As a header, you would want something simple and neat. Right now you've got something that looks very much like the t-900 reforming.

What do you think about the other logo tries? Any examples of a font in a logo elsewhere that you particularly like?

It could be smaller, I concede.

Is there a ^Your Posts^ link? page 1

If you click your name at the right top of the page, you'll go to your profile page. there is a statistics tab. click that and you'll see links to your recent (last 1000) posts and recent threads you've started. I found a vbulletin hack that allows members to change their votes. It also lets people write-in their own poll options and vote for it. When setting up the poll, it looks like the OPer can decide whether to enable vote-changing or not.
