fer shur. I guess we should decide whether one forum with both game threads and sign-ups is better or if a separate forum just for games is better. It used to bother me to have everything happening in one forum (me? OCD?), but I've gotten used to it.

Hehehe I'm a bit OCD myself. But until we have a build-up of games and sign-up threads, I think a single forum will be just fine.

I think we should have some viewable only to members, but I would like to see a 'sandbox' (like the shitbox on Ratz) open to anyone...might be fun :)

I think it kinda depends on whether the forum should be members only or not. I'd like Cunt's thoughts on where the forum belongs, I guess.

I'm tempted to go ahead and set up the structure. But things have gone pretty quiet. I'm not sure if that means silent assent or it means that not everyone has seen this thread yet.

A shoutbox? I think I'd rather have a chatroom or an ICQ channel or something. shoutboxes can really slow down page loads.

If I had my way, we would have personal, practice and other 'rough' photography for members only, and a fancy, polished photo thread to tempt in guests...

Jolly good. I reckon we set up the fora and start populating them. Even if each thread only has one post in it, it's a start.

Let's start with the photography forum as a separate entity and see how it goes.

In the meantime I'll think of some people to invite.

There is. It's spread all over several threads. We're not very good at one-thread-one-topic.

Discussion started on a temporary forum: Discuss (http://www.jacquard.ca/phpBB3/index.php) (we plan to archive the content) .. then moved to MindRomp. If you don't find it tldr, you might start at the beginning via forum search and read forward to now.

Agree with this. Things like support threads (for example) don't belong on google. Ditto if someone wants to post nudes or something for some reason.
